Who charges you, and who is responsible for refunds?

    Direct answer

The independent dental practice that treats you charges you, receives your money, and is responsible for refunds and billing disputes. 1-800-VENEERS™ does not bill patients for dental treatment and takes no share of a clinical fee. The one exception is consumer products bought on this site, which are charged by the product vendor's checkout.

No patient is ever charged by 1-800-VENEERS™ for dental treatment. Providers, not patients, pay the platform.

    How the platform makes money

    • Provider network subscriptions, at published rates.
    • Per-lead fees charged to participating providers.
    • Consumer product sales fulfilled by outside vendors.
    • Never: a percentage of a patient's clinical fee, and never a fee for a referral to a specific clinician in exchange for treatment revenue.

    Before you pay anything

    • Get a written treatment plan with itemized fees from the practice, on the practice's own paperwork.
    • Confirm the legal name of the entity that will appear on your card statement.
    • Ask for the written refund and cancellation policy before you leave a deposit.
    • Keep every receipt; the practice, not this platform, is your counterparty.

    If a charge goes wrong

Contact the practice in writing first, then your card issuer or lender if it is unresolved. We can help you reach the practice and we record the complaint, but we cannot issue a refund for money we never received.

    What we cannot confirm

    • We do not see, hold, or control practice pricing, and quoted ranges on this site are market ranges — not an offer or a quote from any practice.
    • We cannot guarantee any lender's approval, rate, or terms.
