NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not improve your chance of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Sponsor

The 1-800-VENEERS® Million Dollar Celebrity Smiles Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by 1-800-VENEERS®, Dr. James W. Dunnavant, DDS, 3960 Howard Hughes Pkwy., Las Vegas, NV (the “Sponsor”).

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, participating provider practices, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.

Entrants must be able to attend an in-person appointment with a licensed dentist in the participating provider network in order to receive any treatment prize.

4. How to enter

Complete the entry form at 1800veneers.com/million-dollar-smiles. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the Promotion period. Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

Bonus entries may be earned through the personal referral link issued after entry, and through published social actions. Bonus entries are recorded by the Sponsor and its determination is final.

Consent to marketing email or SMS is not required to enter or win. Entrants who prefer not to receive marketing messages may enter by writing to the Sponsor at the address above.

5. Prizes and clinical conditions

Every entrant who completes a qualified in-person, in-office consultation with an approved provider in the 1-800-VENEERS® network receives a professional whitening kit. That consultation includes a complimentary examination and X-rays. A whitening kit is not awarded for entry alone; the in-office consultation must be completed.

Additional prizes are awarded in tiers and may include smile plans, removable (pop-on) veneers, composite veneers, and porcelain veneers. The grand prizes are All-on-X⁶ surgical reconstruction and/or AI-assisted robotic All-on-X⁶ reconstruction, with a treatment value of up to sixty thousand US dollars ($60,000). Aggregate approximate retail value of all prizes across the Promotion period is up to one million US dollars ($1,000,000).

ALL PRIZES ARE PICKED UP IN OFFICE, at a participating provider location selected by 1800VENEERS in its sole discretion. Prizes are not shipped and are not redeemable at a location of the winner's choosing.

ALL TREATMENT PRIZES ARE CONDITIONAL. No treatment is promised, prescribed, or guaranteed before an in-person examination. A licensed dentist must examine the winner, take appropriate radiographs, reach a diagnosis, and present a treatment plan that the winner accepts. Only treatment that the treating dentist determines is clinically appropriate will be performed.

If the tier prize is not clinically appropriate for a winner, the Sponsor may substitute a different prize of equal or lesser value, or award the prize to an alternate entrant. The treating dentist's clinical judgment controls in all cases and cannot be overridden by the Sponsor or by the winner.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable and have no cash equivalent unless the Sponsor states otherwise in writing. Prizes cover only the treatment specified. Travel, lodging, time off work, pre-existing conditions, medical clearance, unrelated dental treatment, and future maintenance or repair are the winner's responsibility unless expressly included in writing.

NO CASH VALUE. The actual value of any treatment prize is determined by the treating dentist's diagnosis and the accepted treatment plan, and may be less than the aggregate or estimated retail value stated. Prize details, availability and tiers are subject to change.

6. Start date

The Promotion begins on January 1, 2027. The Sponsor may announce tier periods, drawings and additional entry windows after the Promotion opens. All dates and tiers are subject to change.

7. Licensed care only

Every prize treatment is performed by a dentist licensed in the state where the treatment occurs. No portion of any prize is performed by an unlicensed person. Nothing in this Promotion is an offer of, or a substitute for, dental diagnosis or treatment advice, and entering does not create a dentist-patient relationship with the Sponsor.

8. Winner selection and notification

Winners are selected by random drawing from eligible entries at the close of each applicable tier period, subject to the clinical conditions in Section 5. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

MORE THAN ONE WINNER MAY BE SELECTED. The number of winners for any prize or tier, including the grand prize, is determined by 1800VENEERS in its sole discretion, and 1800VENEERS may award additional prizes or additional winners at any time during the Promotion period.

Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at entry. If a winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days, fails to complete required documentation, or declines examination, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant.

Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where legally permitted, a publicity release before a prize is awarded.

9. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on the value of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more may be required to provide a taxpayer identification number and will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the approximate retail value of the prize.

10. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is handled under the Sponsor's Privacy Policy at 1800veneers.com/privacy. Entry information may be shared with participating provider practices for the purpose of scheduling and delivering prizes.

11. General conditions

The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, and may change these Official Rules, prize tiers, dates or availability, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its administration, security, or fairness. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
