- Ordinary web request logs used for security and abuse prevention
What we never store
- Diagnoses, medications, allergies, or medical histories
- Radiographs, intraoral scans, charts, or any clinical record
- Insurance claims or benefit records
- Photographs submitted to the AI Smile Simulator — retention period is zero

Scope guidance for security assessments
Assessments and vulnerability reports should cover the functions this platform actually performs: administrator access, provider accounts, contact and enquiry submissions, SmileQuiz™, outbound communications, and transient image handling. Characterizing the platform as an electronic dental record, a clinical-record repository, or a diagnostic system is inaccurate, and EHR/HIPAA-record testing is not applicable unless such functionality is introduced in future and documented here.
